Yes. I did read the rules and the entire thread accompanying the announcement of the event in which the community manager, the sponsor of the event, states
in neither Excellentium's nor napoleon's events thus far has there been a stipulation that images mustn't be edited. I think introducing such a stipulation would have been needlessly antagonising
So, if you have information that is more up to date, please tell me where I can find it. Thanks..
I have read the new theme but at the moment no real idea. Your collage shows the essence of the Fallout story ... so haunting with that cry and so well made ... absolutely fantastic interpretation and realization for the theme. Adorable
I was a little daunted at first but luckily I came upon these shots as I was browsing for other images. Thanks. Although it is a physical struggle, it's also the start of an ideological struggle and it did seem better than a combat scene against a Super Mutant or other enemy. I only had the one cry at first but then I thought about Edvard Munch and The Scream and the echo of her cry in Kellogg's ears.
It was definitely a shocking and painful moment. I was fortunate to learn enough about stopping action so that I could get some searing shots on this time around. (I don't know how many times I've started the game. )
Thanks very much. I didn't have an idea until I stumbled upon these while working on 'Less is More'. Btw, I know I commented on your brilliant 'Less is More' but while I'm working on mine, I think about yours and how you distilled it all into a single image. I'm not going to be able to match that pith but I am trying to put that same feeling into each of my images. Thanks for the inspiration.

You always hit the right point with your work
I really had no idea what I was going to do and then, luckily, found these images.
