More Spring Cleaning done, but I'm not taking everything out.  This is AFTER using Repairable Sanctuary.  I really like the fact that Repairable Sanctuary doesn't just use the pristine, pre-war new models.  The houses are still kind of beat up, there are still a few holes... but they look _cared_for_ now.
