    Gosh, I can't imagine who the shadowy figure is. Some fool, no doubt. I finished the writing yesterday, so maybe I'll get this finished this weekend.

      Yep, Reggie and Wilkins fell for it. Micky and Ingrid are playing 3D chess -- as grifters, they have to. Reggie is not used to people lieing to him. The penalties are death.

    High Noon at Club Fusion. Looks like Micky's whole crew will be there vs. Reggie and his psychopaths. Interesting.
    I love it when the villain rails against his nemesis. His empire is crumbling, his henchmen are beginning to waver and may soon desert, his thin facade is gone and he's just reacting. Where will he get mercenaries? He can't hire any Gunners. You know it will be just a matter of time, now before he'll be defeated. Seeing how it comes about is the fun (and cathartic) part. Looking forward to that.

    Nice scenes to move the plot. That last one is great - matching Reggie's surprise. He's thinking Micky's on the run, going to be hard to find; he needs careful planning and time - and then Micky shows up on his doorstep - before he's ready. (At least, I think that's Micky ... )

    That con is planned so extremely clever!! Hope it will turn out all good.

    I like the way Ingrid threw the the sinking ball to Reggie (the Gunners). What a clever girl Plan A? Guess we'll see. Really great chapter, Cormell. Your sets, costume and poses leave nothing behind. Masterpiece. I have listened to a lot of Justin's music, but that might be one of my favorites and I'v never heard it. Goes well with the set and Wilkins dragging his butt back to Reggie!

      I hadn't thought of that. Stand back and let Reggie go after the Gunners. I like that idea. Oh well, it wasn't part of the plan that's already set in motion. (Plan A) But some fast thinking by Ingrid, that's for sure.
