Ghillie Mod Redux V2 - Stealth Suit

About this image

I originally thought that this would not fit into the mod due to it being a "Ghillie Mod" and all, however it fits perfectly. If anyone here has played Splinter Cell Blacklist you will notice the inspiration from the stealth suit within that game. I have used the Marine Underarmor from Far Harbor and put my own twist on it.

    in a way this makes sense, I've heard of Ghillie suits incorporating thermal masking by using insulated/refrigerated suits and camouflage tarpaulin's, the issue being that they can be a bit muggy for the occupant or occupants

    Was about to say it definitely gives an old school "frogman" marine special forces vibe, then saw the mirelurk king comment thread. I figure its a great addition as the more mundane American stealth suit that was being used by marines in Anchorage or the Gobi campaign against the opposite Chinese number.

    Actually, your take on the far harbor Marine armor would be really cool to see.

      Ahh the Mirelurks of New Vegas/ King Mirelurk of 3, I love this design way better than the crab.

      I agree! Though one thing is odd. How does the NEW Mirelurk King (Mutated Frog) breed with a Mirelurk Queen (Giant Crab)?

      I kind of assumed the 'mirelurk king' name came from the waste landers having very poor education rather than them being the actual same species.

      "Oh look that crabs a lot bigger it must be the queen!!!"
      "Oh look that other swimming thing isn't being eaten by the crabs. Huh... it looks a lot different to them though, it must be the king"

      It's incredible! You've done a great job with it! Are you going to add a helmet like the Chinese design, or are you going without a helmet, like the Big Mt. design?

      Thanks haha! I have thought about the helmet idea but i'm going to use my balaclava with it instead which looks just as good!

    Maybe AKULA suit from splinter be a better for underarmor

      I wouldn't say so myself, the AKULA suit is more of an actual armor set rather than underarmor, considering it already features an integrated chest rig along with various pouches.
