After Spring Cleaning and Repairable Sanctuary

After doing some Spring Cleaning and using Repairable Sanctuary.  I'm not removing _everything_ with Spring Cleaning, and Repairable Sanctuary doesn't just use the pre-war house models.  I'm not looking to try to get back to a "pre-war new" look.  But I want my settlements to look like they are actually cared for and lived in.  These two mods do an amazing job and work together well to do that here.
