   That's pretty revived alright! Nice cafe inside and relaxing spots on the dock. Are you expecting a Mirelurk Queen?

      Thanks, the NPCs on the dock are fishing (Basic Fishing mod in use), which I guess is relaxing and you never know what may be lurking in that water

   Looking good. Cleaned up the river bank real well. I know those stone walls aren't easy to work with.

      Thanks Laird, yeah those walls are a pain, only two ways to deal with them, scrap them or work around them
