   the armor it call Jack_McClaine get the outfit go to fallout fan club and create account to download the mod but be ware it russian so if anymone want the armor i have it and i will share just tell

      I believe that this is a mashup, I could try and and narrow down the armors. I know for a fact the vest is from Chest Rigs Redux on another modding site.
