   so do the blades at the end spin to wind up the shot or do they fire like a harpoon? both would be cool to see at the same time

      Neither.
      
      They'd function exactly like the "Plasma Caster" would and only serve to generate plasma.

   I'm a big fan of these. A lot of the old fallout weapons have great designs, but you can definitely see engine limitations in their simplicity. The FNV plasma caster was basically just a box with some stuff slapped onto it. Still cool to see people who've recreated that in FO4, but seeing these redesigns for a new generation is always super awesome

   That sure is nice! Do you have plans to turn this into a mod? Btw which software do you use to make your concepts? They are very well done and, even better, clear to see, which is the objetive of a concept art, to guide de developer through the modeling process
