      And it took me the better part of the day to recall how to find the perk and get it. This image is from a 'new game play ready' mod and the perk is supposed to be set automatically. There is nothing on the Posts page of the mod indicating the perk requirement.
      And of course, I posted the fix on the mod page but lack the credentials to 'STICKY' the post. Cause if it happened to me, it WILL happen to someone else.
