      Hi, Rev, and thanks! In r/l, I've always discouraged my dogs from sleeping on the bed (the German Shepherds paid attention, the Lab and the pitbull did not ), but Brody tends to spoil the doggers.

      I think Brody needs a bigger bed . . . Of course, if it runs true to life, no matter how big the bed was, doggers will have 90% of it. Thanks, Tanja!

    This is great, and so very real!
    It's one of the reasons, amongst others, why I'm more of a cat person.... owing to their small size, it's more difficult for them to completely take over the bed.
    (mind, I have just the one, currently, and under her fluff, she's actually quite petite... so that does help)

      I normally have had at least two really big dogs (usually German Shepherds weighing over 100 lbs) along with cats but the last few years, it's just been my gaggle of cats. The Shepherds never really were inclined to get on the bed (but it wasn't something I encouraged them to do either), they liked their dog beds. The last two dogs we had, a Lab and pittie, loved getting on the bed. Between them and the cats, it got pretty crowded.

      There may have to be a bit of work on "who's boss" here. Dogs and kids are a lot alike, both will push the boundaries to see what they can get away with. Thanks, amiga!
