Oh boy, what a hassle to get Fallout 4 to play ball again after 18 months and a new computer.

Two biggest hurdles were bNVFlexEnable being enabled by default (funny how an Nvidia specific flag completely crashes the game on a new Nvidia card, now I know that the flag is poison on RTX boards) and Bethesda update that borked some of the LooksMenu functionality. Took me way too long to google both issues, did that only after I had already done three complete reinstalls and a dozen or so mod list troubleshootings, mainly because I'm still an idiot.

It's actually kinda nice to be back on FO4 again, even though from time to time the game's quirks drive me insane.
