The sound of the rain pouring over the metal rooftops, a bottle of a not so expensive liquor lies empty in the kitchen. The smell of cheap cigarettes fills the whole room, it's past midnight, but a silent voice calls from the outside.
The full mon playfully hides behind the dark clouds, not exposing all of itself in one go, just parts, teasing the dirty city below.
Pleas from the innocent comes from every corner, as the scent of evil floats in all shady alleys. The fog hovering over the manholes suddenly shifts to a menacing figure, only to fade away in a cold breeze, as if it was a face, laughing.
For the ones resting safely inside, it's just another sleep time.
But fot those outside, nights are always long and despairing.

Everything calls for it, it's time to put the coat and hat, and play the hero.

Because if you don't, no one will.
