I went a bit overboard and gave every named NPC a suit of PA, I made a custom one for Kells, I figured blue stripes could be for suits of PA used by Lancers, contrasting the red stripes used by the ground forces. I also gave Maxson purple stripes for his Elder Power Armor, since purple is the royal color and he is sort of the "King" of the BoS
