This mod finally made the game playable for me 

Expression is tweaked with mfg commands, I used slm to make the character to look at the camera (type tfc in the console then open slm, was a thousand times easier back in skyrim, so thanks a lot beth),  tongue is from the site you shall not name (just google oeliza tongue ).  ENB is just PRC
