I tried to recreate the loadout of our lord and savior, Garand Thumb, on my character.
Female? Sure, why not. Im not starting a new character for screenshots.

      It looks like Private Military Company and Extended. I have those and the helmet looks the same. I never use the headset because there are no radios.

      The helmet is from a separate mod: Tactical FAST helmet. Entirely separate from PMC.

      Also do you know any mods that have the Crye Precision G3 combat shirt? The one with integrated kneepads that special forces wear nowadays

      Not really. The PMC mod is really the only tactical armor mod I know of. I know theres a guy who released a bunch of male-only tactical armor, so you might wanna check his work.
