Detail on the receiver:
The time to show off dpillari's great work on this gun has finally arrived!
We were very fortunate to get dpillari as a new texture artist on our team. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure and they've put a lot of excellent work into making the 50 Cal really feel like a gun that has been around for hundreds of years and still kicks ass.
As I'm typing this, our talented animation team is pouring some amazing work into getting our rendition of the 50 cal's animations as close to 76's with some desirable improvements as well. We've changed how we're approaching releases and are planning for standalone releases of all of our weapons to best serve the interests of the community. This approach is modular, meaning there will be merged patches if you have one or another weapon already installed for more immersion/double the quest rewards.
dpillari also helped massively with fixing our normal maps so no weird errors should pop up anymore regarding the smoothing/hardness of surfaces. We haven't fixed the iray rendering issue, but as that doesn't affect how the gun will look in-game, it's not very important.
We're now recruiting!

Cuz there is already a Fallout 4 version, is just not available here for the usual reasons.
