   I'd give anything to have him as a standalone mod. Don't want the fog effect of whispering hills or the nightmare realm. Just the creatures to spawn around during my playthrough.

      Agreed. I would love to have 'Siren Heads' as a ghoul equivalent to behemoths. An uncommon spawn alongside ghoul spawns.

      I've wanted Siren Head outside of Whispering Hills for the longest time.
