About this image

This bug is driving me nuts! As one can see distant objects are completely messed up.  I believe I've narrowed it down to something in the fallout4custom.ini but don't know what setting it might be. If its a mod I'm still lost as I've done some enabling disabling already.  When i scrapped my inis the game seemed to not have the bug. However,  texture mods and clothing mods became invisible.  I slowly restored the previous inis and all mods came back but the bug specificallly came back when the fallout4custom.ini was restored.  Please any advice is appreciated.

Are the leaves growing out of the top of the gun part of this same problem?

I had this long ago, what i've done is changed order from textures mods.
For exemple first i've Luxor's ones then just under, got Savren's ones.
    No more this bug.
Just reorganize your mod list in appdata\locals\fallout4\plugins.txt

Multiple LOD mods are present. When more than 1 LOD mod exists, it causes this nightmare.

Even one mod with LOD is enough to cause it, I've had that in the past.

      makakusion you solved it!!!!
I nuked any mod that I believe messed with textures and now the issue appears to be solved!
Any leads on trustworthy texture optimization that this wont happen with again?

My environment load order in order:
      True Storms
      Vivid Waters
A Forest (its simple, beautiful, and no crashes)
Vivid Fallout 2k (trust me use the 2 K)

and I just use the default "Ultra distance Draw" No INI changes to fuss with. LOD takes care of itself.

Keep your textures mods orders in that plugin .txt and if you want add new one(s) just continue putting them above the last one knowing that will replace any same existing in textures mods on top.
      Else, it's done.
I know there are many talented modders, but try AIO mods from Luxor and Savrenx, those cover pretty much whole game, no more problem of lod in the quarry and game looks beautiful.
