Vault 87 Mutants in Fallout 4

It took some manipulation of the files from the Fawkes mod to get this going but, I have successfully added Vault 87 Super Mutants to the leveled list of Fallout 4, spawning in rarely at high levels only (one seen here was spawned in by me for testing) to keep them unique and special.
