There are so many clothing, uniform and gear mods on Nexus, you can literally mashup anything you want. Just search for "camo(flage)," "uniform," fatigues," "mercenary," "military" or some variation off of those and you'll have several gigabytes of stuff to play with.
This specific one uses MW assets, though, so you can't find it on the Nexus. Still, he's right. There's plenty of mods out there, especially Galac Tac Redux
