      What are you talking about a private mod? Why would there be a private mod?

      Because the mod author doesn't want to share it. Maybe because it's still experimental, maybe copyright issues, or maybe they simply don't feel like sharing it on Nexus. Especially with the new Nexus policies, a lot of mod authors don't want their mods on Nexus.

      Then they shouldn't use it in screenshots. That is literally asking for it.

      Can you still call it "private" if it's being very publicly shown? No. No you cannot.
