Making the armoury an actual bloody ARMOURY

A lot of the mods for this came from Gunetwork or Cerruti's Discord, so I can't link to them, but some of them came from Military Clutter, Functional Displays, and a lot of modern weapon replacers because Bethesda couldn't be bothered to even follow canon and keep the service rifle, P-90, H&K, Chinese assault rifle, etc. ad nauseum in from previous Fallout games, and gave us that Maxim abomination of an "assault rifle".
