      They're from the mod More Clothes and Textures it adds in a couple of outfits with some customization options, the outfit here is the flannel and work boots outfit
      
      I would also recommend the mod Retro Fashion Overhaul - Suits - Coats - Hats - Uniforms - as it also adds in a few overall/workwear outfits
      
      And if you want a mod that just adds in a pair of customizable overalls i would recommend the mod  MsRae's All the Overalls - Vanilla CBBE Bodyslide
