T-45 Recon Power Armor

The T-45 Recon Power Armor set will be available with version 3.0, I finally have some time to work on the next update! Lot's more to come including a new quest area 'Hanscom Airforce Base'. This will be a unique set of power armor so don't expect this to apply to all sets, however you will have a ton of customization much like the armors already within the mod so there will be plenty of variety not to mention all of the paints!

1. A version for all 4 Power Armor sets. I really want a T-60 version.
2. A normal cloth version of the power armor drape, with faction paints.
