Plasma Weapons Recon Scope

New recon scope for plasma weapons specially for The Plasma Project by dpillari.
It won't look so interesting with vanilla textures.

This is only part of my overhaul for plasma weapons.
Each Barrel, scope, grip, stock, capacitor (receiver) will be visually different, no more clone war!
Certain parts of the capacitor will glow.

Experiment 18-A and Sentinel's Plasmacaster will have a completely unique look.
