Fun fact: This happenes when using your mod ENB Lights Overhaul but without any assets. I was tracking down a bug and deactivated all plugins and was greeted with this scenery after loading the save file because my ENB preset relies on the your modified sun texture which wasn't there. Alas, at daytime it looks way to over-exaggerated.
