Mod Is still not finished yet want to add some more variation to the pouches
These are characters are found in the Cuba mission
I will add them to various high level areas with gunners
Created levelled and Enc Characters, Soldier, Heavy, SMG, CQB, Engineer and Assassin, you can find these guys at vault 95, they have higher stats then the gunners and are supposed to be a sort of Special forces that the best Gunners can go in to, remnants of the old US army from before the war they still continue there traditions.
I'm also working on a Vietnam outfit pack aswell form cold war should be done soon
