Welcoming sector. All new settlers and visitors who want to apply for citizenschip go through this room first. Having 2 restaurants, clothing shop, tech shop and a bunch of offices for the beauracritc stuff, it is one of the most lively parts of the settlement.

Above lies the hospital sector of the settlement and in the back entrance, to the emergency stairwell with access to the underground shelter and also entrance to the Water Purification plant.
