      Sorry I won't do this mainly because the Classic Doom and Doom 2 shotguns are basically a glorified Mossberg 500 without the tactical attachments.

   I can suggest to use this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/44120?tab=description) with the double barrel shotgun. Just ask permission to the mod author and it will be perfect double barrel shotgun.
