Really wish there was a way to do this in Fallout 4, it would be a game changer. Not sure which programs to use to edit swf menu files, nor would I think it's even possible due to the fact the hud can change colors. If anyone out there could possibly find a way to create this, you'd be in my debt for 5 life times.
