GET MAD!!!

Well I found a picture poster online, and thought I should make one! So I did. Then I thought I would love this in fallout! So I added grunge. Now all I need to do is learn how to make a standalone mod, I intend on making a public release when I am finished with 4 optional textures, a clean poster, the ones with grunge all have the same old browning paper one with just the coffee stains, and one with the blood splatering, and one with both blood and coffee.
I hope to add this to the game soon(within the next week or so), however I do have school to keep on top of, It also depends on the quality of the tutorials avalible, If anyone is willing to help I will gladly accept.
