Correct!!!! This is one my my least liked settlement areas next to Coastal Cottage and Bunker Hill. Just have to add a ton of dirt and it is tolerable now.
Yeah, Murkwater sucks, but I did a good job on it, there are pictures of my build in my pictures "resume". After playing Fallout 4 since it came out and now after having played all new quests, new location mods etc., I find it just as satisfying to build these settlements and just go out and kill things every once in awhile. :)
