For trees for example I use Dead Forest Light version (only the plugin) together with Summer Overhaul (erasing the change it makes in weather).
Grass is Spring in the Commonwealth with these textures https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/51396 and Natural Landscapes for ground textures.
other important mods are NAC X for weather and Sunlight Alignment Tweak among many others. But the most important thing for lighting is the enb and reshade that I use, which is based on a film workshop but heavy tweaked and I haven't posted it yet.
