I can be wrong, but... Remembering some of those meshes, I think i can safely tell it's all "home made", combining different existing assets from other mods and vanilla files to create this... So, most likely for private use only and you won't be able to download it.
Still, knowing the sources would be nice, and overall : it's a pretty solid mashup !
