Update: Problem solved, Seem like reinstalling F4se and Look menu then replace textures and meshes fixed it. Note: You need to reinstall F4se and Look menu first or else it'll not update the face texture and make their head all black for me. Thank you Shadowliger for helping me fix this problem.
