Been working on a complete weapon set for a couple weeks. So far is has custom textures and sounds, and lots of vanilla modifications. Uses 10mm ammo, and functions as pistol with modded rifle stocks.

    Oh man this looks fantastic. I can't wait. You are one of my favorite modders. I thought this was a new syringer at first, but it would be cool to get more of an institute themed armory. Great work!

    Glad to see a weapon that might make Coursers a little stronger, also looks like the type of tactical weapon a courser would use, like an SMG. Speaking of which did you have any plans to make coursers stronger/give them new abilities to make them into the 'hunters' they were supposed to be?

    This is the best implementation for a 'modern' weapon - something the institute put together. Well done!

     I was thinking that modern polymer guns probably fit the Institute more than any other FO4 faction...

      Hi Mirjan. Completely agree. I wanted to make a Inst. flavored ballistic weapon and I was looking for a compact modern smg.

      Hopefully. I've been working on it so long I actually see it in my sleep. It actually functions well and all the mods work -- suppressor, recon/nv scope, etc all vanilla models with custom textures. Just literally a few smaller things not lining up right, options in crafting menu that have to be tweaked, and actual weapon stats may have to be fully tested.

    What reload animation does this use? Does the mag clip through the side? If so, that's negligible. I'm just curious, considering how far a Vector's mag is inserted.

      So far I'm using the combat rifle/shotgun anims. With the rifle stock added on, it's placed perfectly and both the mag and bolt animate nicely. Am having some difficulty getting the mag to position right in pistol form though.

      I have to play with the mesh, which has mixed 10mm/combat rifle nodes, and also test some other animations.
