    Yes, it seems to be a perennial problem. Know any solutions? One typically used is a necklace to hide the neck seam.

      It's OniNigmas body and face textures (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7485). Shouldn't be any seam till there's one texture for both face and neck, maybe some mismatch in mashes only. Nevertheless it's like neck has own.
