As a part of the "Farm District" CC is unique. After it was populated again, a working refinery was set up here. Corn, Silt Beans and Mutfruits from nearby farms are processed into lubricants and coolants for vehicles and machinery. It's location makes it a hotspot for Raiders, super mutants and Gunners alike. Luckily the nearby National Guard Training Ground was reactivated, so it can provide additional protection.
