I've been working on this for a while now I'm implementing it ingame right now, but it has a long way to go before public release. I need to finish modeling its mods, il post screenshots of it ingame in the next couple of days. Leave suggestions of what type of mods you would like to see it have, I'm planning on a .357 conversion as a call back to New Vegas and possibly a Nagant style suppressor for it.

The main things I was thinking of in terms of weapon mods for it were an "Ideal" holster stock and several different barrel lengths. A stubby Detective Special barrel, through to a more medium length barrel like you've got there, to a 6-inch barrel.
... And maybe even a 21-inch barrel like the Joker has in Batman, as a secret/joke weapon mod.
Also, for mods, maybe some wasteland-y type mods like a handmade bayonet, leather or tape grip wraps, stuff like that?
It's always bugged me in 4 to see a pre-war ammo type with no pre-war guns that use it (Especially Deliverer, which as a PPK could use .38 to represent its real .380 ACP chambering).
