I started building my player home at group manor. Was kinda done with Red Rocket for now finishing things is not my strongest point. as well i'm a bit inspiration less and it gets a bit buggy planning on moving some settlers from there too here.
And i needed a place for myself anyway. Only some guards, farmers and one for the bar are going in this settlement i think.
Outside:
I started with patching up all the holes and stuff so it became a bit more livable.
The graffiti is supossed to be prewar stuff. Cant get Graffiti 2 Electric Boogalo to work.
So i used the stuff you get with Business Settlements 1.8.
Groundfloor Workshop and bedroom for the guard of that floor:

Cant wait! Neither cant for the new survival mode thats what i missed from the beginning.
Really like how Beth is adding things on the go like the updated that added Furniture and stuff.
As you can see its far from done gotta move all my stuff too here so i can get my OCDecorate groove on. Getting this building full is harder then i thought :P ain't got any inspiration on what to do.

i used precise object moving look it up its a gem of a program. And i aint using homemaker i dont like/need most of the stuff it has my menu is already pretty full
