Before the bombs fell, 5,000 survivors from North Dakota (who are part of the world history and archeology documents archive preservation that preserves old historical documents and artifacts from groups like the Knights, Vikings, Ghazi, Spartans, Roman Praetorian, and centurions, Yugoslav partisans, and the Defunct UN (for when the resource wars broke out) manage to build underground Shelters of their own without vault-tec help due to being suspicious of Vault-tec's underground shelters and take along a lot of Artifacts and documents of the groups they collect from and preserve for. After the dust settles in 2080 the WHADAP decided to rebuild the United Nations as the new United Tribes Coalition with the UTC recruiting Humans, super mutants, ghouls, and robots to the UTC cause and creating a super-soldier serum thanks to Project Origin to combat Deathclaws, feral ghouls, rogue robots, and abominations for they are dedicated to bringing peace and ending all conflicts. They have come into conflicts with raider gangs and other mutated monsters though they were successful in protecting tribes, settlements, cities, and caravans. Now armed with new weapons and armor they continue the Peacekeeping of the old UN and by 2287 expanded to the Mojave and the commonwealth to which they came into contact with the brotherhood, minutemen, railroad, NCR, Followers of the apocalypse, and diamond city however they are now locked in a new war with the Gunners, Enclave remnants, and Institute and it is up to the UTC to bring peace and do what the UN no longer can.
