   Found the skirt and jacket are Jmenaru. I'd still really like to find the shirt and tie. As well as the tattoo/collar from pic 2.

      Hello, the collar is from Vtaw Utility Pack, and the tattoo is my actual tattoo that I just added with photoshop :)

      Really? Can't believe I missed that. I've had utility for ages. And that tattoo is gorgeous. Shame it's not a real mod.  Thanks.
