This is the sixth version of my Red Rocket Settlement. Previous versions were borked either with mid-game mod updates or invisible object bugs. So far, this version is going along as originally planned with a few changes due to updated or newly installed mods. I've hit the height limit so there will only be 10 levels total, not counting the sunk-into-the-ground level at the entrance.

Starting from the ground-up the levels are as such:

1. Entrance to stair-well which goes to the top of the settlement
2. Crafting stations on top of the Red Rocket roof
3. Restaurant
4. Restrooms for Restaurant/Stores level patrons
5. Armor, Clothing, etc stores
6. Pool hall
7 through 9. Settlers living quarters; each with their own private bathroom
10 (to be added). Recreational area to include outdoor patio objects.

The settlement is roughly 60% complete. There is one more level to build and the task of populating the interiors of each level.
