   Is this a retexture from a mod? I don't think I've seen any that colorful in the base game.

      It's a Skulking Fog Crawler - first time I've seen one that I can remember. Mid-level variant, a little more powerful than the glowing version

      Aah, gotcha. Yeah, I think the highest I've been at Far Harbor is 50's or 60's. That would explain it. :)
