Power Armor Reskin and reworking of Keithvsmith1997

A project I have been working on; aluminum and carbon-fiber retex for the base Power Armor Heads-Up-Display, as an attempt at an Institute styled dashboard. And almost as importantly, the ability to have a realistic dashboard while in first-person view, while having a minimalistic exterior display.
