Here's an conversion of my Skyrim Character to Fallout, apart from the lekkus and the face everything i have nailed down her look.

I know there's a twi'lek race mod for Skyrim, but although it does have lekku they don't have physics.
Seems it's a tricky thing to do, both building the lekku so they work in Bethesda's engine, much less with them having physics.
