I say "WIP," but it's basically done.  I just have to take some more screenshots, package everything, and upload it to the nexus for y'all to enjoy.  Packaging it might take a hot minute: the collection includes 8 swimsuits, 2 beach shirts, 3 skirts and dozens of color options!
It should be available for public consumption within the next week or so.

**EDIT: mod release will likely be delayed due to major bug.  While the outfit is equipped, you will  CTD 100% of the time upon taking damage  in 3rd person mode.  This is a deal-killer as anyone wearing it will be a ticking time-bomb for your save file.  I think the problem involves .SCLP flies (once i started playing with those, things started going wrong), but I can't find anything online about how to fix those: I've been making it up as I go...)**
Finally fixed the issue and released the mod.  Sorry if I kept any of you waiting.
