   Super cool you could do an npc overhaul for fo4. I do similar stuff for fnv but it’s a million times easier at least the tri is.

      thanks!, it really is a very similar process to that of fallout nv, the only thing a little different is the materials that would be where the textures are adjusted, but otherwise it is exactly the same.
