    I wish I could have Haylen hang out without Thuggyverse.

      The Outcasts and Remnants mod enables you to have Haylen as a non-romanceable companion. It is a fantastic mod, great story, you get like 6 companions, an awesome story line, and (spoiler) you get to kill Preston Garvey if you want. Totally free and available on Nexus. And no Thuggyverse.

      It is the mod I was thinking of, I've tried it but it makes too many changes to the game for me.
