Just a little detail I've added to make the settlement feel more alive.
The house in the background is obviously not finished yet.
(I'm modding and building my Fallout to get an atmosphere close to the "oldschool" cyberpunk feeling like the 1995 Ghost in the Shell
movie or Bladerunner.)
